The hotel is amazing and it looks even better than in the pictures! The cenote was really incredible! We had a lovely time and John and Ruben were extremely nice and helpful with all our enquiries, and telling us about the history of the cenote. Maybe it was due to the less crowded time of year, but the entire atmosphere was extremely quiet and relaxing and it felt like almost we had the entire place all booked for ourselves. The food and natural juices were delicious too! Would love to come again!

Absolutely amazing pool - the largest (longest) we have ever seen. Very professional staff - we felt being taken personal care of all the time. Special thanks for late checkout. Separate special thanks to Leo, who is a master-waiter, and to everyone at the reception desk - we really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Milam to anyone visiting Tulum.

The rooms were cleaned two times a day and the bed was really comfortable. Everyone was also really kind and helpful.

Spent the day at the Omni resort which had a low season promo and had lunch there too. a variety of nice restaurants and bars to chose from in walking distance and all the sites and amenities of the riviera Maya are in short driving distance (or public transportation if you do not drive). a whole better vibe than Cancun or even Playa del Carmen.

You get to walk back to the hotel on the beach. It makes for a charming, secluded experience. I've stayed at all five of the hotels in this Barcelo resort. I wanted to try the Riviera Maya even though it was more expensive and not positioned on my favorite beach. Overall, the hotel is very pretty, clean, and new. The pool area is nice and the beach was clean. The housekeeping staff and waiters were nice. There were a couple gluten free options at the buffet which was great!

I love PPP for its concept and originality. Cabins, casitas, villas are built inside the jungle. Staying at one of them is one-of-the-kind experience. WiFi is surprisingly available all over the property, even at the beach front. I enjoyed many activities including hiking the walking path from one end to the other, and daily yoga, which is located right at the ocean front. My favorite PPP moment was eating breakfast in the early morning while watching the soft sunrise lights up the beach club area. The picture from this scenery is lovely.
