Room was tiny, small spaces, very small bathroom. A bit far from main downtown locations (piazza Navona etc) but still ok to be honest.

The shower head was half broken, not getting pressure, the shower cabin leaking water so there is always a puddle after the shower. Could not open the window due to the strong smell as the restaurant downstairs was frying all day. We didn’t had the beautiful view as the other rooms. Very poor sound isolation, wake up every morning due to people taking, making coffee. Not enough coffee pods in the room, instead I had to ask every morning. Tea pot in the room not in good condition was not comfortable to make us a tea.

The locations is perfect if you come in on the train. We could walk from there. It was quiet and close to everything.

Toilet seat broken . Awkward step in the bathroom which you don’t expect.

Amazing view !! What you see in photos is what you get . Can’t remember if you have to request view . Only apartments 1,2,3 would have this view . 4 and 5 i would say are on the other side.

The room was very nice. Hotel location is great, also great value for money. We got the room with view to an ancient heritage site just next to the building.

Rooms are very clean. Location is reachable to main attraction points by bus and even by walk in 20 min.

This place is 3 minute walk to Roma Termina ideal if you are flying into Fiumicino or Ciampino as you can get bus shuttle to Rome Terminia for Eur 8. It’s also close by to many good eateries that are either a walk away or accessible by subway. The rooms are very spacious.

The room had pretty good furniture but the walls were very dirty, as well as ceiling. In some places plaster was falling. It was very unpleasant. There was a feeling of dirtiness a little.

The property is located in a not bad location. Some of the rooms have a super nice view of a museum/ park.

The booking said there was a mini fridge in the room, but unfortunately we couldn't find one. But it wasn't a deal breaker. Great stay otherwise.

The location was great, just about 10 mins from Termini. Cafes and convenience marts abound. Nice restaurants all around the location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

At no fault of their own, the elevator was small. Made it a little difficult to get in and out with luggage but that is not a deal breaker

The location to Termini Station was amazing. I also really liked how secure it was, you need a key to access the courtyard, the door leading to where the rooms are, and to the room itself. The option for digital keys also came in handy.

Very pleasant staff. Exceptionally clean facilities, every day room service and everything advertised was there. Located 5 minute walk from the Termini central station. Very good quality, hard beds. Three towels for each person provided. And hair dryer in the bathroom. Good heating and cooling. Perfect.

The lift was like old movies, but functional. A bit of a problem for parents with strollers. The internet was not so good.
