    “The room was lovely, very spacious two comfortable chairs. The reason I scored it so low is as soon as we entered the room the smell of smoke was horrendous. We went back to reception but there were no other rooms available. Neither of us smoke so we were very aware of how strong it was. We left the window open but it was still really strong the next morning, it was the first thing I noticed when I woke up. This hotel would have scored really highly if it had not been for the smell of smoke which ruined the stay for us.”
