I needed assistance while trying to get to the airport. Staff and management were amazing and went over expectations!

There were no internet which made us so frustrated, no bath tissue holder, no bathtub, and the room wasn't clean nor did the toilet. I paid so much for king room which doesn't meet my expectations.

The room is nice and comfort. The view is amazing. Great location. Breakfast is good. The staff was great.

The pool was heated 24/7 but access was possible only from 10am. Waist of energy and climate crime. If the pool cannot be used for a morning swim, it should not be heated.

The bedsheets were like in a 5 star hotel. Silky and super nice!

My second time staying here and the facilities are going through some remodeling but, it wasn't in our way. mostly inside rooms were the remodeling this time . That's still the only thing I didn't like.

I like the location walking to beach and restaurants and if you want to walk a little longer about 1 mile and a half. you can get to Dana Point Harbor and more shops.

Bedside lamp switch was hard to work in my room.

Breakfast was great. Wide choice. Fruit was an unexpected bonus. The coffee was outstanding.

No pool. Small bathroom. Dirty floor.

The breakfast was good. I was happy with the room, except the floor was dirty and the bathroom was very small and cramped. Also, there wasn't a swimming pool.

location across from Capistrano beach provided easy access and sounds of the surf at night. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. Room appeared remodeled also was also spacious. Location appeared in Booking .com to allow pets but was informed upon arrival that was not the case. Since the booking was non refundable, the manager was kind enough to allow us to stay with our pet dog.

Noise coming from the train . Construction was occurring during my stay due to the Renovation of the 3rd floor and wasn't pleasant at all

Bugs in the room. The property is in need of repairs. The trains and PCH are literally outside the room. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the windows, and wipe things down as it showed visible stains and dirt marks and fingerprints throughout the room. The walls are very thin. I literally heard people above me having sex.

If I were going to look for a complaint, I would suggest they add almond milk. Or some kind of milk alternative for The Californians who are dairy-free. That's not a small group these days.

Booked there jacuzi room got there and they didnt even have one wanted to give us a room with a fireplace with no discount no later checkout for our inconvenience wouldnt let us hit the hotels jacuzzi since it was after hrs 10 so not happy at all

The underground parking. If you’re coming in a large vehicle it can’t surpass 6’2.

We loved the proximity to the beach and the easy access to boardwalk. The rooms were large, beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great! All of the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The inside looks like a tropical atrium.

Yes the employee was very rude on who he may is he needs to learn how to speak to his guest because service is everything.

The property is clean, inside was very well stocked and the only problem was the employee was very rude I am filling a complaint because I have never been treated unfairly & poorly.
