The hotel is understaffed. The shuttle has to wait to check in travelers before going for other travelers. Hire others.

Bed was uncomfortable. Shower leaked all over the floor. Poor desk clerk was only one there when we arrived. There was a line of people. Check in took a while.

I made the reservation while still at the airport. Apparently I reserved a room for the next day. The staff was helpful and let us rent a room for the night. Lots of flights had been canceled. The 24 hr shuttle was awesome. We were able to get to airport early for a stand by flight..

Hotel was overbooked due to airline sent passengers and although we had a booking reservation we had to shuttle over yo hotel close to 1am before they could assure us of a room. The hotel "breakfast" was under served and staff not available that morning.

Shuttle bus did not come on time we reserved it for - we and other guests scheduled for this early morning departure time have to use uber. The bus came together with our uber. When we noted to the bus driver that he was very late, his response was rather rude - he answered something like "yes, I was late, so what?" There was nobody at the reception desk at that time, and the answering machine of the hotel's shuttle service was full.

The room was adequate and suitable for a short stay between the flights.

breakfast was advertised that breakfast was included but nothing was offered but coffee. The lack of staff there was only one person controlling the front desk and operating the shuttle so the wait time was ridiculous

The beds were hard I couldn't get the TV to work called the front desk and they said they would send someone up and no one ever came. our room was dirty there was sauce packets open pretzels under and behind the bed the shower was leaking. Poor lighting in the room, pillows small dirty, sheet was stainec..I couldn't get out of the side door with my key I had to go all the way to the front door and then back around to the side location was okay but not a lot around I guess for a quick one-night stay it's not too bad

The front desk didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call for the free airport shuttle, even after multiple tries. They also didn’t have basic toiletries available like toothpaste and had no one at the front desk in the late hours to field requests. The toiletries provided in the room were pretty sparse. And the first room they assigned to us hadn’t even been cleaned when we got to it. They did rectify the situation and move us to another room.
