Older, the hallways were not as warm Or a Hilton, keeping in mind it’s located at the beach. The flooring carpets looks very old, considering everyone is coming from the beach n pool n of course sand and water residues are present. There was no musty smell by my suite. Elevators were often wet, but they added an area rug, so I felt better. You don’t need anyone to slip n fall. No light fixtures on balcony to sit and enjoy at night.

The welcome to the beach beautiful murals! Staff was friendly and available!@the Rose Bldg breakfast was included. It was clean. I met Lillian, LJ, Titus and the rest of the staff made you feel welcomed. Their smile and passion to serve. The beautiful 12th flr Oceanfront view and convenience to the beach, pools and hot tub. Beach lounge chairs n yellow umbrellas and tables. My suite was very clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. I felt safe. House Keeping staff were sweet and at your service. Water pressure n AC was gr8, Multiple free n pay parking spaces. We rented a car, but everything to dine and play is near, if you don’t mind walking. I rented a car at airport and don’t regret it. The weather was beautiful!!!

The toilet was loose. You need to send a handyman to fix it. The cable tv was not good. People at front desk needs to be friendly and they need to take the time to explain how to use the elevator key. Specifically to the people that travel by car and driving long hours.. For what we paid we need to have Free snacks and water of bottles. In the hallways it was a bad odor. It was kinda of expensive. Would love to go next time if you guys keep the price a bit down. Like make offers. The coffee maker was not working. Had to go to front desk to ask for coffee,shampoo ,and toilet paper

We love the the breakfast but you can add cereal to the list next time. It was also a very peaceful place. Love the beach very much ::) The stuff at the Rose Room were friendly. Specially Mrs.Lilly

I would like to see toast, bagels or English muffins with the choices, plus cereal options !!!

Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful !!! The food was good but would like more of a variety !!! A big shout out to Andrea at the front desk and her colleagues !!! Very friendly and grateful for their help during our visit !!!

No pool towels at the pool and cheap toilet paper and tissues. Towels are available at the front desk, but this wasn’t shared with us until after we needed them.

I was use to the balcony out a little more as the other buildings. Not use to the garage and room locations and using card for elevator(but love this protection!). Toilet paper was scratchy.

Loved the location! Right on the beach, close to town but not right in the center of the tourist district. Multiple pools to swim in. Loved the Yella Umbrella snack bar! We had a great time!

Rugs were old and had some nails, but other than that. That was all.

The view was amazing! Also having a kitchenette and sink area and all of the amenities were great! Had a lot of seating and different pools and hot tubs!

The ppl in office was not nice, not approachable, did not explain the break down in rooms and wants in each building.

Shower was slow to drain maintenance come next day was still slow maintenance came again never did fix it had to take Showers in ankle deep water

The parking. Parking is across the street and very limited later in the evening. The hotel was not even at full capacity and it was difficult to find a spot without driving further to their parking garage. Not the safest when traveling alone or other ladies. The bathroom ( toilet & shower area) is very small.

The bed was extremely comfortable. They just got new mattresses. View was perfect from balcony.
