The parking garage is so disappointing. There is not any room, when parked, you can't hardly get out of the vehicle. Your on top on the other vehicles. That was the only thing bad about staying at this location.

The elevators took a long time to get to you. The mirrors around the jacuzzi tub (ugh).

Fridge and microwave were included and we were able to get fresh towels anytime. The brand of shampoo, conditioner and lotion they provide smelled amazing. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a good selection and stocked daily. Location is within walking distance of so many attractions and restaurants.

They have 2 elevators that support 9 floors. It was 30 minute waits at some points to get on the elevators. We had a stroller so we couldn’t take the stairs. This was the only downfall. They have 2 parking floors P1 and P2, L for lobby, M for pool and then floors 4-8.

Next time we will definitely book a river view room instead of a pool view .We were about 10 feet above the pool on the 4th floor and it was very loud. I'm not mad at the people down there having a VERY good time. When you're backed up against a mountain, the sound has to go somewhere...unfortunately, it was right into room 416 😉 Also, the breakfast bar could use a little more variety. Maybe a potato (hash browns or taters and onions) and some fresh fruit, and definitely bacon.

Loved the location. Just about in the middle of River Rd., so you're within walking distance of all of the fun things to do. Check-in was easy and early. Lobby was very nice. Room was spacious, VERY CLEAN, with a decent sized fridge for drinks and leftovers from Underdogs Pizza. Water pressure in the shower, knocked the dirt off, so you could save on soap :) Breakfast was good and the seating area was big enough so people weren't left standing to eat. Check out was a breeze...we will definitely stay here again.

The mattress in the room could use an update as you could feel the springs. The AC/heater unit in the room would run passed the desired temperature at times making it far too hot or cold.

The location was close to the main strip and other available attractions. On site parking was perfect for our needs. General areas and room were clean.

I found a single bed bug on me. We had previously checked the beds and didn’t see anything. Searched again thoroughly after that and did t see any more. Took the bug to the front desk. They gave us another room and no bugs seen there so basically just one bug that could have been carried in. Slow elevators. Hot tub was not very hot.

The staff was really nice and the rooms were cleaned. I wish they would have had bacon and grits or bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. The hallways smelled like pee but everything else was fine. I would stay here again.
