The beds weren’t that comfortable. The toilet is really low. I assume it was done that way for children. Would have preferred a hand held shower

There was a loud noise all night like rattling pipes. The water turned off in the middle of the shower two nights in a row and then turned back on. The loud planes going over the hotel most of the night and the loud train.

The Breastfast was good. Love the omelet station. I also like the complimentary drinks in the evening.

Need better snacks at the hospitality event in the evening times.

Frank at front desk was the greatest..this is why I will always be an honors member. He assisted with my lift when I could not get my phone to work..he is a great employee

The employee at the desk the night we arrived was not all that informative/ helpful. He booked me a shuttle (the process was painful) for my transport to the port, and it turns out an Uber would have cost me half that amount and gotten me there sooner but he never mentioned it as an option.

Facilities were nice. Breakfast was great. Pool area was nice.

Shuttle did not arrive after a 45 minute wait. Extremely hot so we ended up taking a taxi.

We used the shuttle service provided by a 3rd party through you to go to the cruise port. They were very professional and got us to the port safely and quickly. The late day drink and snacks was wonderful and breakfast at Embassy Suites is always great.

It was very comfortable. Excellent price. Great breakfast we cane Kate and the were closing up. But what we had was great. Will definitely go back again. We stayed only one night after our cruise

Food was not up to standards in the breakfast area. Bugs the first night in the room and no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the shower.

Close to the airport with shuttle to and from airport. Also close to the port of Miami cruise port with free shuttle from hotel.

No free wifi unless you are a member. Encountered some 'interesting/odd characters'

Clean room. Free complimentary drinks upon arrival. Good breakfast. TV has a lot of channels including ESPN (which worked out great during Hockey playoffs)

The sockets in the room were not working so we needed a workman to come out to fix them. The room was noisy as the train toots constantly night and day. Planes were not bad at all. There are no walk in showers so the disabled person had to have a wash rather than a shower. Overall hotel was good and I would come again.

The bed was comfortable. The food at happy hour was tasty especially the ranch dressing. Drinks were OK. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Showers good and strong but see below for disabled comment. Location good and free shuttle from zone 1 fantastic as was the driver.

A couple employees unpleasantness. When we called and told them we would be arriving around 10am from getting off ship, asked if possible early check in if room is available they said yes, but then when we got there they charged us $80.00 for early check in.

The price of beer in the bar. $12+ for a pint. C'mon guys, I want a drink not shares in the brewery. I know it's an airport hotel but this is something we do better than the Americans. Swings and roundabouts, I guess.

The free drinks vouchers, two per person, were most welcome... and the rum punch is excellent. The breakfast was very good, too. And it was a comfortable suite. Having the second room is really nice, and something the Americans do better than us!

The hotel being so close to the train tracks. I couldn't sleep well because of the trains passing by so often.

The outdoor Jacuzzi water was filthy.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were complimentary drinks and snacks in the late afternoon, which was really nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Complimentary shuttle to the airport was very convenient.
