We arrive early and drop our luggage since we could not check-in. They took our luggage but did take our names, and I had a $1500 guitar. We had to have them put our luggage separately from everyone else’s so no one would take it. They should have some kind of system or tags so they would know what bags go to what people that dropped them off until they can check In

The elevators were a death trap. It would not pass a state test on safety. The door would continue to close whether you were part way through or not. It was no wonder nobody got severely injured.

the Shuttle to Cruise terminal is $20 each. I thought it was free. there’s 4 of us so we used UBER and paid $25, tip included.

We were to stay at Glo for 1 night then board a cruise ship the next morning, however hurricane Nicole shut the cruise port down for an extra day. There was no problem with the hotel to accommodate us for the unexpected extra night. We are very appreciative for that!

we stayed 2 nights once before our cruise and the second after the cruise. the first time was good, the second not so good. The person on the front desk could not stay focused on us. I must have been asked 5 times to show my id. The floor in the room was dirty and the air conditioner fan was very loud (first night room on 2nd floor but was much quieter the 2nd time room on the 6th floor)

The breakfast was horrid except for and thank goodness for the the bagels. The coffee was the worst I’ve ever thrown out because it was not drinkable!

I liked that I was able to be away in solitude. The only thing near was McDonald’s and Dennys. I found the yellow green farmers market three minutes away by cab and wish I knew ahead of time. (Saturday and Sunday only)

Overall good experience- no complaints I took note of the facilities being constantly maintained and improved - there were a couple machines in the little gym that I didn't see how to get powered on, but I didn't make any mention of them to the staff at the time bc it didn't interfere with anything I had to do.

The staff is great! - they were all very kind and helpful and quick to attend to needs. The place overall was clean, modern, and accommodating. The amenities-pool and gym- are simple, well kempt, and relaxed. The location was good : near 24 hour diner, major highway and mass transit stations. Also not too far from several plazas.

The bacon and eggs were good. Everything else was either frozen solid or room temperature. There was no microwave or refridgerator in the room. The desk offered to bring up both but then we would need to wait for the refridgerator to cool down so we declined.

Breakfast varied one day the sausage was steamed ugh the next day was pastrami and was great disappointed by the rate changes during the stay with the forth night trying to raise the price 56 dollars from the extension I paid in the morning They wouldn’t take a non chip card and then required additional deposit for cash overall place was nice and clean the pricing and process was abysmal There just better places for the price Should have stayed at a choice hotel as I did during my last trip here

There should be more variety for breakfast. And the juice is always watered down. Stayed there twice and every time the juice machine is putting out nothing but sweet water.

I love the fact that the hot water gets hot immediately and the beds are so comfortable.
