Unable to reach hotel to arrange the free airport shuttle. No one answered the phone. Had to get a taxi. Upon arrival the front desk said they were too busy to answer the phone because of not enough staff working.

Pool is down sadly and building was marked as Unsafe due to damages. Room is a bit outdated with visible wood damage/peeling along with a missing mini fridge. We only stayed one night so not a big deal but heads up for two or three nighters. Be aware that you can hear everything outside your door, had a very loud neighbor outside the hallway however it is pretty quiet once in your room.

Customer service was very nice and tons of availability for parking. Overnight drinks available at front desk available as well. Shower was amazing as it had a handheld mode and a rainfall shower.

Coffee Shuttle wasn't helpful for early morning flights. Had to oay for uber to get my granddaughter to airport. Stayed here specifically because of 24 hour shuttle and it wasnt

The Interstate Highway 95 is quite close so it's very noisy because windows are thin. Ear stoppers are needed for peacful night

The building is id for demolishing in the future. The notices were being displayed on the front of the building doors and there are signs posted on the back doors also.

I was waiting at the airport for more than 2 hours, and by the time I got to the hotel nearly 1 o'clock. Sleepless night, because the shuttle pickup service too slow.

The TV was malfunctioning and the lamp covers were pretty gross. They had like rust marks on it. They definitely need replacement. The breakfast was good, but on one day everybody came at the same time and then they ran out of everything and there was no space to sit. It took them quite a while to refill everything, even though the breakfast was quite simple.

The room was very good. Cozy and comfortable. It was big and it offered free coffee in the room. Also there was free coffee in the lobby available 24/7. The location of the hotel was very good, just off the highway.

The towels were not good quality. Only one bath towel was provided...it was small, thin and very old. There was no place to put your luggage except the top of the little refrigerator, bed, or floor.

Good location at a fair price point. Breakfast was adequate. Bathroom remodel is very nice except for the height of the sink countertop which was noticeably low.

The shower! The only way to turn on the shower and adjust the temperature was to get in the tub. Which caused you to get all wet before adjusting the temp. COLD!! and very uncomfortable! The refillable soap and shampoo dispensers were empty

The check in process was easy. The staff was nice and accommodating. The location was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable.

The condition of the hotel. Got stuck on the elevator. Wouldn't go up or down or open the door. No one ansered the alarm bell. Husband on destination floor kept pressing the up or down button until it finally responded. You talk about a weet hen getting off the elevator. Thought I would never hear the end of it.

Check-in here is ridiculous. We got here early and didn't expect a room ready. They were being cleaned, but for an extra $50, there was a room. Okay, we'll wait. No rooms until ALL the rooms were ready.6 hours later! This caused a major jam at the front desk. Stupid not to put people in rooms as they are finished. This probably will keep me from staying here again, and I will be coming back to Ft. Lauderdale for cruises. The elevators are very slow.Shuttle to/from port is convenient but overpriced. Lyft worked better. There are not a lot of food choices nearby. McDonald's and Dennys. If you have an early flight out, the hotel can't help you even though their sign leads you to think they will. USE LYFT.

The shuttle from the airport was good. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff friendly. They stored our luggage until the room was ready.

Staff was very helpful. Answered all our questions and assisted with airport and cruise port shuttle. Paid $15 per person to cruise port. Breakfast was also good. The room was very clean and the sheet smells clean as well.
