First accommodation where the fridge was noisier than the air condition unit. While you have a nice view and adequate space on the balcony, be mindful that the hotel is located directly behind the La Playita Mexican Restaurant, which doesn't block the view but certainly gives you a taste (smell) from the daily cookings due to the exhaust on the roof of the restaurant. Not too bothersome but just to keep in mind. Other than that the hotel was a good deal for what and the location that it offered.

Great location, short distance from the beach, nice view from the balcony. Parking Garage is a great plus. Romeo was very supportive, especially late during the day when the parking garage was full he still helped us and rearranged parking to accommodate our car. Room (w/ ocean view) had a very good size and was well equipped with amenities. Grandview Inn is two blocks over from Hermosa Avenue, offering various dining and bar options, directly in front of the Hermosa Beach pier.

No extra amenities, perfect for a clean and convenient place to sleep but nothing more.

Great beachfront location (no ocean views), able to walk out and be right on the boardwalk and close to cafes and restaurants. Rooms are big and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Free parking onsite but can get full.

We booked the Grandview Inn for one night on our return from Las Vegas before heading back to the UK. We couldn't have been more pleased. The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the beach where there is a good choice of restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fridge, microwave and coffee making machine. They think of everything and were happy for us to leave our car in the garage for a hour after we checked out whilst we had a last walk along the front and a spot of breakfast before heading off to Venice Beach. PS: In our view, Hemosa was far better than Venice!

Excellent location. Rooms were a good size but lacked storage. No clothes cabinet and small closet. Balconey off room. There are 4 rooms on the top floor facing the ocean with great views. Small kitchen with sink, microwave and small refrigerator was nice. Parking on site was a plus.

We had a full ocean view from our room and a nice size balcony. There is a plethora of restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

I am familiar with the neighborhood and needed 4 nights to stay. Since I was traveling alone, my priority was safety, location and cleanliness. There are no amenities like a lobby or food service but for this trip, I wasn't looking for that. Coffee was available in the room and the room was large enough to spread out. Anything you could possibly need is steps away...including the beach!

Wish the balcony was actually on the sea side. Otherwise, we really loved the Grandview Inn and we’re truly sad to leave!

We loved the location, couldn’t be beat! Loved the size of our room and our balcony. Having parking under the hotel was invaluable and the reception clerk was thoughtful and kind! We felt very safe abs simply loved the spot on Hermosa Beach!

It's more personal preference but the shower tap set up was a bit odd and not a fan of an overbath shower with a shower curtain.

Room was very spacious and quiet - as well as dark - which made it the perfect spot to rest after a long flight. There is parking available if you have a car. The staff we encountered were wonderful especially Jenny who assisted us on options to get to our next destination. Amazing location. Balcony was a nice touch though no view as FYI.
