Absolutely horrible. The sheets had blood and urine stains. They refused to change the sheets until morning. And still didn't change them. A man knocked on our window at 1030pm, asking for the time and if we wanted to buy something from his bag. The office argued that I was lying. I contacted booking.com, and they got upset. The hotel is unhygienic, unsafe , and the workers are all rude. Sonny, the manager, Peewee, the office worker, and the Uncle that just stares at you uncomfortably. Don't stay here. You will regret it. Booking.com helped contact the property and demand a full refund once I sent pictures. They said that I was "under exaggerating" that they couldn't believe how bad it actually was. I will be uploading my review with pictures on Google Maps and Yelp as well. So everyone could see. There's a lot more, but I could only fit so much on here.

The staff was condescending and incompetent. They couldn't find my reservation. So I booked it on site which cost me more in fees. They made an unauthorized charge to my bank account and failed to take accountibility for it. I am now in the process disputing this charge. I am very dissappointed in this experience.

To pay the price booking.com said I would pay instead of getting there and them changing the price then pretending like they didn't and can't change the price when clearly they did cause I was supposed to pay $374.00 for 4 nights and when I pop up Monday with my confirmation of my booking at that price they said I had yo pay $383.00 for 4 nights. With that being said I'll be calling the better business Bureau today to let them know this place is doing extortion.

This area is BAD. Lots of homeless, a lot of weird people around all the time.

The room was definitely cleaner than the last time I stayed here. Plus the bathroom was remodeled. I like the little cubby for the closet area

It was dirty. I had to clean hair off the bathroom floor. We didn't get the room that we reserved. They gave us full beds instead of queen. When we talked to the ckerk he said it was a queen then showed us a room with queen beds that was not clean so we has to sleep in tje wrong room then switch rooms for the 2nd night. The rooms were dirty. The bathrooms had hair and lint all over the floor. If u turned the hot water too much it smelled like sewer. The floor by the bed was cracked. Nothing looked wiped down well. The only clean thing was the bedding. After several trips to the office, our keys finally worked. My brother also booked there and gis room was the same. Overall it was dissapointing and overpriced for the cheap and dirty hotel. All of the other hotels were booked so we were stuck there. Your website stated that there was a pool and that had a sign from the health inspector that it was closed. This was just a waste of my money and ruined birthday getaway.

We did not like one thing about it. It was the dirtiest hotel that we have ever stayed at.

Room was falling apart literally smelled of sewer had to run sink all night. Definitely didn't clean from last guest. Asked for non smoking room got room that smelled like smoke. Also asked to check in hour early said it would be an additional 40 bucks yet they had an empty parking lot.

Room service came really late and didn’t restock toilet paper or towels, shower was dirty, bed skirt was dirty on both beds, sheets had cigarette holes in them, pain was peeling, shower door kept falling off tracks, pool wasn’t available to use, floor tile in bathroom was cracked.

The rooms reminded me of the motel rooms that truckers go for a overnight stay or you go to only have sex and leave in a couple hours. Holes in the wall stuffed with toilet tissue, lamp flickering like a strobe light, towels that could scratch you. The pillows were lumpy A waste of my $140 for one night. Travelodge by Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves

Other than the outside of the facility looking decent, the inside was a horror story.

the hotel room had Bed Bugs!!!! my travel parenteral got eaten up alive, and at 1:30 am when we notified the front desk the only offer was to move us to another room or check out right then and there. we paid almost 200.00 for a room infested with bed bugs. we left at 5:30 am, bagged all of our belongings into trash bags and immediately went to a laundry mat hopefully killing any of the reminder of the bed bugs on our personal belongings so they would not be transported back to our homes!!! I can’t believe the unprofessional attention the staff member had once we told him what had happened. I reached out at 6am requesting some kind of discount for our terrible experience and they have yet to respond. this hotel gets a 1 star review and an overall terrible experience!!!!

The room wasn't even ready and I checked in at 2:43 pm and the room bed wasn't even the blankets were on the refrigerator and the bed had no fitting sheets or regular cover sheet or pillow cases. And then the guy that was working there didn't know anything and he didn't have any staff to clean the rooms or do the laundry this is the last time that they get my business they rate a -100 horrible place of business
