Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The staff is what is really outstanding about the property. The parking attendants the Front Desk the restaurant staff and the maids are wonderfully friendly and helpful. They are what makes your facility really stand out!

United StatesI booked a 90 minute massage for 1:30 pm. The massage therapist came and got me at 1:45 pm which was 15 minutes late and it ended at 3:19pm which was not 90 minutes. I ate at the Schooner Landing restaurant and ordered a New York strip steak that I ordered medium well and it was extremely tough. I let the server know and ordered a different cut which was a ribeye steak I ordered medium well and that was undercooked and tough. For the price, I did not enjoy my dinner at all.
I really liked my accommodations, the room was clean, comfortable and my partial ocean view was great.

United StatesThe staff attention to details weren't the best. The wrong luggage was initially brought to my room, and one of the two card keys we received didn't work. We left our room and came back two minutes later to find the cleaning staff inside asking if anyone was there. When we told them that was our room, they asked for my card key and id in a somewhat rude way that my wife and I didn't care for at all. The restaurants also made several little mistakes with orders, and that theme seemed somewhat pervasive throughout. I've stayed at comparable hotels for business and leisure and this place had a few more mistakes and issues than average.
The location and hotel room were very nice. The restaurants had pretty good food, and the views were outstanding. Most of the staff were very nice and accommodating. I would probably stay here again when returning.
