Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Needs updating badly, only 1 microwave for the whole floor and also not only did they charge the 100.00 deposit for incidentals but also did another charge for 63 Dollars and some change which I'm still waiting for those to be credited back to my card.
Close to the stadium, most of the staff was very nice.

I found a roach in the tub one night during my stay.
It was quiet and location was good. It included a continental breakfast. Bed was comfortable and check-in personnel were friendly and professional.

It is in serious need of updating. Looks like it hasn't been remodeled since the 1990s. I booked a room for 4 guests, yet there were only 2 towels. There is NO, in room safe.
Price was right. The beds were comfortable, and the tv and remote worked fine. Continental breakfast was exactly as you would expect. The staff was very nice!

floor damaged as well as the shower faucet was damaged. Not sure if there were cameras for protection of the cars
the floor had cracked planks with holes in it. The shower nozzle and spicket need to be replaced.

The room was a bit too cold, even after I turned off the clim. Could be more loungers at the pool and maybe a bit of shadow

The facility was very old. I did not have any one come in the room for three days I had to ask for towels, etc. The sink backed up every night bubbling and I woke up to hair and other dirt from someone else’s room. It was disgusting. The hotel had a concrete atrium that echo noise anytime spoke outside in the hall. They had wooden floors that weren’t very clean. I spilled some water on the floor and used a towel to clean up and the towel came out black.,very disappointed in my stay. Wyndham should be ashamed of their facilities.

Arriving at breakfast with an hour before finishing to be told they had run out of orange juice (in Florida !!).
It was a convenient overnight stop after arriving on a late flight.

The shower didn't work real good and the floor was dirty and the staff never said anything about breakfast so we got up and headed to cruise port. That's when we saw people eating.

No TV controller (they brought upon request), no sink or tub stoppers. My city view was dismal at best and looked over parking lot. No microwave in room, one located on floor near ice machine that didn’t work (4th floor). Breakfast until 9am consisted of waffle (make your own), yogurt, apple, banana, cereal, toast & coffee. Not what I call breakfast more like continental breakfast. No restaurant or bar in house. Airport shuttle is not van in picture (veterans van transport). Phone number listed in booking does not work, had to google for shuttle. Rooms all off outside corridor.
Location only mile or two from airport and you could hear planes all night. Very nice pool in back of property lots of kids noise. Prompt van response was good. No early check in until almost 1pm. Staff was very nice but property needs remodeling. Shuttle was easy to book to port $10 cash via outside provider.

The hotel is pretty gross. From the rooms to the pool, it’s just not clean. It’s not gross to the point that I would have left. It is also located next to a strip club which might be a weird conversation with older kids. Not a lot of dining options around but there are some choices within walking distance. The beds were awful. The mattress was the most uncomfortable hotel mattress I’ve ever slept on.
The location to the airport is great. The staff was really kind. It’s a good enough to stay for one night. The airport shuttle was super convenient! The shuttle staff is great too.

The room was not clean, the floor was very dirty. The bathroom didn't have ventilation, so the bathroom smelled so bad all time. The weirdest thing was the wardrobe inside the bathroom, which we didn't use it. We found hair in the bathtub.
Great location, very close to the airport. Close to the downtown area. The hotel looks great from outside and inside the hall, but the rooms set up was very weird. the hotel floors were open space and gives you the feeling of a garage. The window rooms were facing this garage. The beds were comfortable. The staff was nice.

There was nothing specific that I found wrong with the hotel.
Distance to airport was just what was needed for an early morning flight. The room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom was clean as well.
