Sofa-bed could be more comfortable. Rooms should have a good non stick pan .

All of the staff were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant at all times. Especially Mr Gino, he's a definite asset to the hotel. Room was exceptionally clean. Easy access to commute into NY. Supermarket within a short walking distance. Safe clean environment. Will definitely recommend this property.

Start of stay was perfect. However, they started renovations which resulted in a little disruption. Fire alarms, water leaks and busy lift. Despite renovations seasonal price increased which was a poor call while putting up with renovations.

Fantastic staff, great location, and nice size room with good facilities. Laundry facilities available free of charge. Location is great for NJ Harborside Center.

the staffs are friendly and helpful. the location is near the train stations to Manhattan, the grocery store, and the Hudson River. You can walk along the bank to watch Manhattan's light view in the evening. The kitchen is fantastic if you want to cook something yourself.

Location is excellent as it is walking distance to exchange station, from where you can take PATH to NY downtown and Hudson river is right in front. Room was nice and bed comfortable.

Nice location with many restaurants in the vicinity. There is a PATH station close by which will take you to the NYC downtown. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very helpful. The kitchenette is aptly equipped and the facilities like gym and laundry are also helpful.

Noise from the lightrail if you stay in odd number rooms.

Hotel:Adequate self catering apartment. Has microwave, stove and dishwasher. There were electric kettles and other electric appliances which you can borrow. Free guest laundry, lots of machines available. Near lightrail which can be noisy. Some plumbing and drainage issues which another reviewer brought up too. Huge Newport mall and Shoprite supermarket about 10-15 mins walk away. Mini convenience store onsite. Staff were warm, welcoming and very hospitable. :) Transport:Near PATH Exchange place which will bring you to World Trade Centre in Manhattan. Shortwalk along the Hudson River.From there you can connect to subways.

We can hear the other rooms around, people taking shower, talking, etc... maybe we wasn't lucky and had noisy neighbors. Price is a bit high, a bit more expensive than the 4 stars hotel close by. We keep the reservation anyway because the room was a bit largest than the other hotel. We had a good time :)

Just few minutes walk away to the both path (WTC and 33nd street for Manhattan). The view of Manhattan from Jersey City absolutely amazing. The room was very large and clean. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Car park in front of the hotel is very convenient and price are good compare to most of car park in NY.

Didn't have any housekeeping or clean laundry during our 9 day stay. Howwver when approached the staff were happy to give clean towels. Room rather dark and heater extremely noisy. Parking extremely expensive, no discount for guests. No kettle in room. Smoke detector badly placed over the bed. Light flashing all night. Price quoted online when booking was not honoured. Cost over $100 dollars more. Pedestrian gates not operational so had to walk around the carpark to get in. Not ideal when partially disabled.

For the price I expected it to be more 'updated' I think. The tvs are small compared to other hotels. The parking area should be explained. I turned in my key before I left not realizing I needed it to get out of the gate. I was stuck until I figured out I needed the key to leave.

Great location, easy enough to get to for someone who had never driven in a big city before. Close to the path. Great view. Decent room. Safe. For my first trip to a big city, it was great. Very walkable, we didn't drive anywhere and I explored Manhattan very easily.
