How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The pool area is very dirty and so is the water
The staff was amazing and they will shuttle you to the Dolphin Mall I has an early flight and they allowed me to check in early

The mattress wasn’t as comfortable, the quality just was not there in regards to mattress , pool and jacuzzi could use cleaning as well.
That it had parking available and clean.

the elevator was being serviced, which wasn’t a problem for me, as I like taking the stairs, but I imagine some people might be inconvenienced.
It was clean and the staff were very friendly, especially Ramiro, who checked me in and out. He had a wonderful smile and a lovely personality! Also, Maria the shuttle driver was very friendly!

Driver Alex very kind and helpfull person for transfer to the airport. Nice pool and outside barbecue area. Nice person at the reception.

The location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and has a 24hr shop which I liked. The free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius was fantastic! Shuttle driver Sergio was awesome! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the kitchenette which had a full sized refrigerator. We will surely be staying here again!

I had to keep asking for shuttle times. An accessible online schedule that I can look at without calling the front desk would be nice. I did not know how to get picked up at the airport I thought it was a scheduled pickup e.g. every hour. So a good Samaritan explained to call the hotel and they lent me their phone to make the call.
The kitchen had everything for a short stay. I really liked the large fridge and cooktop. The room was spacious and clean.

Not having charged me twice just due to online booking. Booked last minute and it was costly, so having me charged 2 times was extremely inconvenient.
The location was good, the facilities were great. However they charged me twice and took a security deposit. And that's not awful I suppose but it's been a week already and I still haven't gotten it back. I honestly think I should get interest at this point.

Doesn't seem like the best location and surroundings and older amenities but great for a short stay or one night sleep.
Rooms have a lot of space and full kitchen, balcony and two big beds. Staff was nice and made check in easy. Great that you can purchase food and snacks.

All was good…!!!
I really like the new renovation to the property as It enhances the overall experience, one thing I would like in the future is to ask at check in if you are ok with check out time or like to get late check out also it be nice if they ask if you like be part of a rewards program too. Staff was really helpful and very welcoming, I would stay again.

Large construction repair crew staying in the hotel. Their dirty trucks were making a big mess of the hotel parking lot out front of the hotel. Maybe it would be better to have them park around back instead of out front. Also the construction crew uses the free hotel laundry facility to do their weekly laundry of their work clothes. The machines are left very dirty inside so we had to spend a lot of time cleaning the washer and dryer before we could use them for our clothes. I mentioned to the front desk staff about this and they said the machines are cleaned each morning but with the amount of use its hard to keep on top of it. This is a free service provided by the hotel which is a great bonus to its customers. I learned to check inside of the machines before use. The large construction repair crew was very well mannered and quiet while in the hotel which was excellent.

There was no water in the hot tub and in that area was the smoking area. The halls could be vacuumed more often. A work crew was staying there with their large trucks which took up some of the closer parking spots. Also loaded with mud crud.
The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and having the kitchenette was nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
