Breakfast average. Milks were frozen blocks of ice. No bedding for sofa bed. Desk phone was broken, so couldn’t call downstairs to ask. Sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable. Elevator broken. $27 parking too expensive for surface lot.

Master bed VERY comfortable. Good size to room. Liked the mini-kitchen. Great location. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful.

Upon check in The room wasn’t ready and didn’t get checked in until 4 o’clock and we asked for a 2 o’clock check in. The bed was hard and not very comfortable. The ice machine on the second floor did not work.

Yes breakfast was very good. All staff and counters was pleasant and they were helpful. Location is very close to PNC Park, Heinz Field, the casino and downtown.

The one elevator which is under repair but it was not as bad as I thought waiting for one elevator. Cold water for shower however figured out the cold was marked hot reading some reviews Not everyone figured it out

Didn't know we had to pay for parking at hotel. There were 3 of us which was requested during reservations, but only had 2 bath towels. Had to request additional towels.

Needed towels and washcloths. As ii was 2 in afternoon of 2nd day and room had not been cleaned I asked housekeeping staff I saw in hall. She said she would not be person going to my room and she would give me towels but I would have to go to front desk for washcloths. Which I did. Front desk wrote it down and i .also said it was not necessary for the room to be cleaned. Upon returning to hotel around 5 I found 2 washcloths stuck outside on handle of door. So I got what I needed just thinking it was lacking in service

Be advised that parking AT THIS HOTEL, WHERE WE STAYED WAS AN ADDITIONAL $27.00 FOR ONE NIGHT ON A NON EVENT DAY!!! When booking I didn’t realize it was so close to the stadium. regardless, but still and all, I never paid a parking fee to stay in a hotel that I stayed in. I checked online to make sure this hotel came with hair a dryer. I took a shower, got out and couldn’t find one anywhere. After calling down to the front counter twice, they apologized said they would send one up. I checked in at 1030 pm, took a shower and waited over an hour (not exaggerating) For a hair dryer to be brought up , even after I offered to come down and get it. It was very, very aggravating. Also the breakfast was a continental, juice, coffee, yogurt, fruit cup. They frozen breakfast egg sandwiches were kept behind the front desk, where you had to ask for one.

It was comfortable, very clean, I slept great, the bathroom toiletries were Paul Mitchell and very nice.

The room was big and we were able to put the pack-and-play on the other side of a wall so our baby could go to sleep at her early bedtime and we could stay awake.

Although I requested extra pillows and blanket none were provided. The shower was slippery and there was no bar to hang onto. There were ants because housekeeping did not clean up for our second day stay at this hotel. Ice machines were broken and all floors.

One of the two elevators was out of service my entire stay. I would have expected it to be fixed sooner. Considering we were on the 9th floor that did slow things down a bit in terms of getting up/down the property.

The room was a very good size given the amenities. We had a mini-fridge and microwave and could have setup here for a while if necessary. The space and flow of the room was nice and we had all of the items we needed including plenty of pillows. The location is very good, especially if you are staying for sports or museums. It is a little bit of a walk to the core downtown area, but it is pleasant to walk over the bridge in my opinion. The views from my room were not the greatest, but from just outside the property itself you do get a nice view of the skyline across the river. The attached restaurant and bar named 'SOHO' was very good. We had great service from the bartender both days (they even remembered our order!) and it was kind of fun to watch the baseball fans pour in before a game and mingle.

Parking was a bit tight - we were fortunate to get a spot as we got in early. It's a bit congested if you arrive later, but there is plenty of parking available!

The location is superb for the North Shore! Close to everything and easily accessible. The hotel itself is very nice - feels it's been updated recently. Rooms were clean - bathrooms could use a refresh, but otherwise, the rooms were clean and decent size for a family of 3! The pull out sofa was decent for a night's sleep - the king bed was very comfortable.

Key card system was down at 3pm at check in but staff was accommodating. Only 1 elevator working and hotel was booked full. Breakfast buffet does not offer milk. No cream cheese for bagels. Otherwise good.

Location!! Awesome staff in all departments! Every single interaction was positive. The ladies working the breakfast area were so upbeat and friendly! Great positivity to start the day.
