There were 3 of us in the room. However, we were only given 2 face towels each day. When we asked for another, we were told they didn't have any more 😶

Great location, restaurant at the hotel is convenient and reasonably priced. Alex at the front desk when we checked in was very personable.

We had to ask for the room to be cleaned and trash out, and new towels and wash cloths and they didn't give us no wash cloths on our last day but a hand towel to wash up with

The room felt small for four adults, but we didn't mind much as we were just there when sleeping.

Check in was a breeze, our room was immaculate and the bed & linens very good quality.

The things I did not like: Our original sheets were stained horribly and positioned in a way that you physically couldn’t see it. We had to move the pillows and flip them in order to see the stained ones in the back. This was beyond disgusting. There’s also no microwave in the entire building. Which could’ve been done intentionally due to the restaurant being on the lower level. However, it caused myself and my guest a huge inconvenience when we had things to do in the early hours of 6/7am. The bathroom door was broken with scratches on the wall and on the wall inside the closet. They also took a $100 for potential damage’s.. which was fine until I saw the room and sheets.

The Staff were very attentive and fulfilled any request I had.

- To overcome : The noise of housekeepers was insupportable...every morning they talk to each other a long time and very loudly. - A kettle or coffee maker in the room will be perfect

- The kindness of all the staff thanks to Angel and especially Anthony who was professional very kind and helpful and very reactive to all our request, we will come back here for another trip in florida! - Perfect location in the Miami south beach! It's juste few steps of the beach (Lummus park) and good restaurants around, a walking distance to espanola way and Lincoln road - Very quiet room on one side of the hôtel

One day they forgot to clean up my room even though I asked for it early in the morning.

No microwave in the rooms or lobby.

Overall the property was great. My only complaint is there is no microwave. Other than that 10/10.

"We really liked the hotel. It's located on the second line of the beach in South Beach, next to the Versace Mansion. Even though the area might seem noisy, our room (with windows facing an interior courtyard) was quite quiet. The room was good, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. But the best part was the reception staff, who were extremely friendly.

The room is smaller than expected, the bathroom is too small, and there is no ventilation fan. The music in the bar on the first floor is very loud, which is more suitable for young people who love to be lively.

I loved the location which was walking distance to everything including the beach. The staff were wonderful at making our stay one to remember. They were so polite in opening the door at the entrance every time I came into the hotel or left the hotel. They recommended things to do while visiting Florida and gave great directions to places. The trolleys were great for traveling around south beach. We loved The Kent and will stay there again when we visit.

Rooms and bathroom were a little on the small side so would not want to stay for a longer period Recently renovated so smell of paint, grout and cement was quite prominent but that will wear off eventually Didn't spoil our stay but it was noticeable each time you entered the room

Little expensive for small average comfort.

Very swanky with gorgeous decor. The staff is awesome. Best things is the tiki bar attached with restaurant which has great food & drinks. Location is perfect for beach access with walking distance to store’s restaurants & lounges.

I did not like the over priced restaurant...Rakija Lounge The bathroom in the room could have better lighting...too dull for the color of the bathroom. Should be brighter lighting.

The rooms were a good size and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. I liked how they took our luggage to our rooms for us and stores them after check out until we were ready to catch our flight.

There was nothing to dislike. Of course, a pool would be nice, but I can see there is just no space for one! Being so close to the lovely warm sea, this wasn't an issue.
