i like to room size, location, and the facility all are value for money, check out time was i like very much, usually other hotels are 12 PM but here without asking extension, hotel given check out time until 2 PM.

During Check in time Mr. Mohammed Kamal was accretional, he upgraded my room to Executive room, it was very good and he is welcome us in hotel with very friendly smile face it was boost our tiredness of long travel i did (400KM) to reach hotel. Unfortunately i ddint book with breakfast, sure ill do next time with breakfast and i will prefer this hotel is my first priority.

I’m writing to share my recent check-in experience at your hotel. Arriving at 4 am, I found my booking had a discrepancy due to a guest booking for the following day after midnight. Despite my request for early check-in or an additional night, the staff member quoted a higher price and was inflexible. This left me frustrated and forced me to wait until 8 am, even though I desperately needed rest after a long drive. Thankfully, a more understanding colleague intervened and allowed me to check in early for a reasonable fee. I suggest providing more empathy and flexibility in such situations to enhance the guest experience
