Would be nice to have some conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom - attached to wall like the shampoo would be ideal. Also no spoon for tea/coffee but assume this is due to thefts.

We stayed there a few times in one trip; checking in and out as we travelled to the hotel, Liverpool, back again to the same hotel, Iceland, and back again to the same hotel. Each time we stayed at a different room. The hotel did not allow us to store any luggage for a couple of days. There was no lift and the staircase was very narrow and winding, like that of a old home, making it totally inconvenient to carry even cabin sized luggage up and down. The first room only had a single electrical socket which was shared between my husband and I. It was extremely inconvenient as we had a no. of devices to charge overnight. On the first stay and third stay, the rooms were recently renovated, but they were so small that the sharp corner of the bed frame and the narrow walkway caused my husband to scrap his leg a few times against the frame in both rooms. The experience was totally unpleasant as the design of the bed should not have sharp edges given the tight clearance of the area.

The hotel is near amenities and train station. This is convenient for people wanting to stay in a quiet residential area in London, yet have easy access to public transport.

Safety catch on bedroom door wouldn't lock. No space to sit apart from the bed. TV signal was terrible, couldn't watch anything for more than 5 mins . Staff not particularly friendly.

Location suited me, close to tube. Coffee machine and coffee provided.

No lift! I didn’t realise that & I was on the 3rd floor. Not a bother for me as I recorded more daily steps !

Bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable, walls are thin, front door is extremely heavy and getting in and out of the building wasn’t explained properly - contradictory information given. Staff were polite but not the happiest, patient or friendliest. No breakfast or dining area, although plenty of local eateries.

Great location, aesthetically pleasing foyer and reception area, great standard amenities like kettle, iron, tea, coffee etc. nice bathroom and cosy bedroom, decent sizes and clean, lots of storage space and clever space saving desk.

Room was very small couldn’t hardly move for two of us to get ready not as big as the photos look room was dusty tv didn’t work headboard ripped it needs updating

My room was boiling hot and the AC did not work. The staff at reception told me that this was not possible as it was new and that I must have done something wrong - I was fiddling with this thing for a while and it never got any better. Windows opened just an inch so I could not get cold air in.

Nox is getting renovated and the rooms are clean and just newly done. Location is great.

Probably not a hotel to bring your family. No foyer as such but for a solo traveler or couple this hotel offers value for money.

Location excellent being near Belsize Park tube station and The Washington (pub). Pret A Manger for breakfast just a couple of minutes walk. Room was great, had a great sleep both nights and a good shower both mornings. Will stay here again.

Being the last room available we were at street level and next to a busy road so very noisy. It is what it is though.

The room was unbelievably small. We know it’s London but, the room did not justify the price! We were booked into the basement which did not add to our experience!

The room was on the ground floor so I could hear all the noises from the street and the reception and the people coming in and going out. I understand that the hotel is going through a renovation and that my room was not renovated yet, therefore not soundproof. Despite the daily cleaning service, the room was very dusty.

The location was perfect, close to the metro station and in a very nice area full of little bars and restaurants. The area is also very safe and close to Camden Town/ market. The bathroom was comfortable and with a little heater always on, so it was always warm when taking the shower. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and polite.

It wasn't very sound proof. If people were coming in and out of rooms you could hear everything and the doors banged loudly which woke me up several times. The heating system didn't seem to work either and staff couldn't work out how to change it so the room was very hot.
