We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom 204 is at the front of the hotel and there is a niteclub just beside the hotel. I didnt get to sleep till after 3am and I wear earplugs. My friend stayed in 211 which is on the track side.
Great location next to station and staff were lovely. Rooms were decent although toilet a little grubby in areas. Dinner and breakfast were nice. The room had a fridge also which is always a plus

United KingdomRoom was decent, but incredibly hot (no air con). Location also had its downside as you could hear the trains (and even the announcements) from the station. Must have once been a truly gorgeous hotel but needs a bit of TLC in the rooms (looking a bit tired now). Pool was also closed the entire time i was there which was v frustrating as one of the main reasons i chose this hotel.
Great location, right next to the station and short walk into the centre of the city. Staff were lovely and v helpful. And amazing value for money, would stay again.
