All the staff were excellent. Having an airport transfer at not much more than a taxi made the arrival very straight forward.
The hotel is new and is in a mall. Great air conditioning which is nice after a day in the national park. A nice restaurant for the evening meals, although the meals might come at different times, We decided not to walk to the port to save time and taxi was only 5,000 IDR”

Staff were some of the friendliest I have come across on my travels - everyone from the grounds-keepers, all the way through to the Duty Managers. Food in the hotel was very good - plenty of options, presented well, and of excellent quality (the buffet/bbq night was superb!). During my time here, I always felt like the hotel would do anything to make my stay extremely comfortable, and memorable.”
“The breakfast was acceptable and the location was great just 5 minutes walk from the Main Street. There was a covered communal cafe area with a menu and also room service . This area was usually unstaffed and we saw no one use it . A water dispenser for cold and boiling water was on the ground floor and cups and a flask in the room together with a clothes drier outside . There are tables and chairs on a paved area at the front of the hotel .The external areas were nicely presented with planting and courtyards but no cosy areas to sit . The room was nice and clean and beds comfortable. Airport transfer is available for a set price . Free WiFi .”
