The lifts were very slow. Also the temperature in the room was never quite right regardless of what you set the thermostat to - it was frequently either too hot or freezing cold. The hot water in the shower took about ten minutes to warm up.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious by New York standards, and location was really convenient.

My shower was not functioning. The handle was frozen, therefore it was unusable.

The location is excellent. In the heart of Manhattan. Near Central Park, Lincoln Center, nearby 5th Ave stores and attractions. The subway is close by. Right next to the Theater district. The hotel is well maintained and attractive .

Paper cups and no tea spoons. I really don't think it's too much to ask for a cup to have my tea in Also, the breakfast tickets surly someone can just print a list of breakfast guests rather than making guests go to reception to get a ticket each morning. Breakfast was basic, not much choice.

Great location… not too loud but still close to everything. Room was clean and they offer daily cleaning service if you want it. Front desk staff is very helpful with everything. I know a lot of people complain about the elevator wait but we thought it was fine.

The lobby is very small and crowded and the elevators are beyond frustrating and inconvenient. Took 45 minutes to get down from our 25th floor room to leave in the morning. This made utilizing the desired location less desirable as getting to and from your room was often challenging. Our tv was broken, and upon realizing I left behind an item in the bathroom - they could not find it for me, which was disappointing. Extremely overpriced.

The location is amazing - blocks from Central Park, Rockefeller Center, subway and bus tops. The room was tight, but clean and comfortable. Mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Decent view of city. Helpful to store bags before and after checking out to enjoy city.

The lifts can be a bit of a pain at peak times but that’s to be expected. Dont drink the bottles of water provided if you don’t want to be charged. In my room it didn’t state that they weren’t free. (The other room, they had a tag on the bottle saying they were chargeable)

The location is excellent. In between Times Square and Central Park. Rooms are clean. Check in and check out was efficient.

The counter service staff had a bad attitude and were unfamiliar with the operating procedures. They got the wrong number of rooms that we ordered and could not check in smoothly. I hope they can train the interns more efficiently; the old elevator button lights did not light up and needed a long time.

The accommodation location is very convenient. You can reach Times Square and Central Park within walking distance. The room has a refrigerator and microwave and is fully equipped.

Every second day housekeeping, not that it was only every second day or anything like that, the only thing I didn't like was the fact that the housekeeping staff were up very early knocking on other rooms doors very loudly, evidently just keen to get their work done so can't really complain about it!

Did what it needed to, was very weary of the extra charges for water etc so was scared to use the coffee machine, but after some technical difficulties checking in the staff were incredibly helpful and forgiving! Ideal location so close to all major landmarks! Would highly recommend!

Believe the reviews about the elevators taking forever. They have three or four elevators, but only two work at any given time. The staff is well aware of how SLOW these elevators are and have signs posted telling you peak hours and to account for this. Even with knowing this, they do not have anyone ‘directing’ elevator traffic in the lobby. It takes three times as long to get back up to your room as it does to go down, because people will cut in front of you and charge their way on to the next available elevator, leaving people who have been waiting forever angry and confrontational. There needs to be a clear line for elevator traffic because of how slow it is. That is the only major complaint.
