“Staff were helpful, hotel is clean and new”
“Good and good”
“Very well maintained hotel, good breakfast option but the items were not topped up timely. The staff was really good to deal with. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean with brilliant toiletries. The beds were of very good size and mattress and beddings were high quality.”
“The hotel enjoys a fantastic location allowing guests to easily access the royal mile, taxis, buses, and also attractions in the New City. We had a Royal Mile facing room which is great for the view, and can be noisy at times, but not intrusively so. The shower in the bath is not ideal, and consideration should be given to shower only/ bath only rooms. I would prefer shower only rooms, not in a bath, but a separate shower cubicle. Living in South Africa, the fare offered for breakfast at the hotel is not really worth the spend, and grabbing a quick bite at one of the several establishments in the vicinity of the hotel is recommended.”
“Modern, clean and cosy”
