First room had faulty lights once had reported that they move me to another room, which was fine. I went to the bar for dinner, but because I was on what appeared to be the wrong side of the bar people were getting served in front of me and nobody recognised that I was waiting so in the end I left and went to a local restaurant.

You have to pay for parking on top of your stay and gym members who do not stay at the hotel also shared the car park.

Clean facilities: from rooms to the bar and you could also include gym and swimming into your stay for a small fee. Location wise it had a full section of eateries and only a small taxi ride or tram into the centre

I didnt like that I had to pay to park my car! I f staying in the hotel it should be free on weekdays aswell as weekends.

I like how friendly and helpful the staff were and really comfy beds and pillows.

sadly some of channels on the tv didnt work but if i was being petty then id complain but nothing really bad at all.

i requested top floor and they gladly gave me a room i was very happy with, lovely and clean but overal amazing , bed was comfy as everything and love the tv that they give in the room,

As a hotel guest we were asked to leave the lounge after 11pm, we had to sit on a sofa in reception, that could have been better.

Bed and bedding was amazingly comfy, and we loved the breakfast. Also the lounge was comfortable.

Trying to walk round the bed. The chair is either in the wrong place or too big. Walking round the bed having made a cup of tea I kicked the funny shaped bed leg and ripped my toe nail off, causing my toe to bleed barley and difficult to walk with my shoe on the next day.

Tried to order a meal on the app but having chosen all the food and drink, couldn't charge it to the room which we needed to as we had purchased a discount on checking in for the restaurant which would only be applied if the meal was charged to the room

The room was too dark, the lighting inadequate. There were no glasses in the bathroom. There were no drawers, no proper wardrobe.

The location was ideal for the venue we were attending. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was ideal.

Would have been nice if there were a couple of retail outlets in the location but as we were there for a wedding it wasn't our choice of venue and wasn't important. Our sister and partner had breakfast on Saturday morning and said at the time they went down the selection was very picked over and some items empty.

The staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful with an exceptional level of service. Although we didn't use them the facilities were good a couple of our friends used the gym.

The location is to good for being central to everything and with being on the doorstep. The breakfast was great plenty of fresh produce to choose from .

The room we had did not have enough storage. Although the staff did try to help.We thought the hotel was more for short stays. We were staying for two weeks. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been.a little dusty, some towels were stained. There were times when the tea, coffee and milk, and towels were not changed at all.. We had to go downstairs and ask for them. The bar and the public toilets were clean in the morning, but as people used the facilities, they didn't seem to have the staff to keep up with keeping things presentable. Breakfast was a buffet at about 10 pounds. It was cold when we went.We decided to stick to a warm croissant and coffee for breakfast. When the food was made to order in the evening it was good.

Central to our needs. Family is close enough to visit.us. Staff is very pleasant. My husband loves football. He was very happy with sports.bar.. Full of Television. The hotel has Starbucks on site, which is my favorite.

Even though the staff we met were very friendly there didn't seem many of them, especially at breakfast which was self service apart from if you wanted fried egg which you had to ask for them but when I was there no one was around to ask. I also thought the price was a little high.
