The hotel has an Art Deco design and is set in an elegant Edwardian house with some period features. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms complimented with luxury Noble Island toiletries. Most rooms also offer stunning views of the river Rothay or the scenic fells. The staff were very friendly. It was lovely to be able to help ourselves to tea/coffee, scones/pastries when we came in after being out all day. Location was excellent.

Each stylish room has fresh light décor. I had a fantastic stay at my landlord's property in the UK. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our landlord was incredibly patient and provided us with great assistance, ensuring a wonderful experience during our stay. Overall, it's a great value accommodation, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again when my family visits the UK in the future!

Many camping/hiking supply retail shops across from hotel and near by. Nice pool area and spa services. Nice sercivecand food for breakfast.

Our hotel is perfectly situated with views of Lake Windermere, just a short stroll from the bustling village centre of Bowness-on-Windermere and the boats that travel the length of Windermere, making it easy to visit Ambleside, Brockhole, Wray Castle and Lakeside without a car. it was a nice experience..i loved it

Windermere Hillthwaite Hotel has an elevated position and a terrace with stunning views towards Lake Windermere and the mountains beyond. Some rooms also have views towards the lake and mountains. There is also a guest lounge with a log fire and lake views. The staff is very nice and helpful Location is very good Perfect place for holiday with family

A 5-minute drive from Bassenthwaite Lake, Ravenstone Manor is an 19th-century manor house set in 3 hectares of ground. The property is at the foot of Skiddaw, overlooking Bassenthwaite Lake. It offers stone walls and en suite bathrooms. Everything. Usually stay in Keswick town but decided on a change and so glad we ended up here. The hotel is decorated in perfect style, quite decadent, lovely snug and lounge area to see the views. Walks close by and Keswick ten minutes away by car. The hotel is dog friendly and there were a lot of dogs. Doesn't matter to me but to anyone not that keen the dogs go in the dining areas as I know friends of mine would not stay there for this reason , but a perfect spot for the many dog lovers. Lovely to lay in bed and have a beautiful view 😊my room was smallish but honestly big enough as really, how big does one need? 🤷🏼‍♀️

With beautiful views of the Northern Fells, Ravenstone Lodge is 5 miles from Keswick, at the foot of Ullock Pike so you can relax in the conservatory or on the terrace and enjoy some of the best Lake District scenery. What a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. Accommodation was excellent as was all the staff members, we had a wonderful welcome, , great food .
