  The layout and rooms themselves were comfortable for us. Perfect layout and size. Enjoyed the hot tub. Had the kitchen been properly stocked with basic kitchen items, we would have enjoyed that.

  No breakfast provided, so we planned to cook, but not even a frying pan to cook eggs in. Dishes were filthy. I have photos that would really disgust you. The first knife I tried to use fell apart. We definitely left the kitchen cleaner than we found it. Thick black hairs were folded into our clean towels. No allowed, as you well know from my appeal, to use any amenities at the resort because we did not know that we had to book directly with the resort in order to use things like the restaurant and water park until AFTER our date to cancel without a penalty. No consideration for my disabled Veteran son and his needs. No personal contact with anyone. Cart to get our things up to the 4th floor had 2 flat tires. Elevator was wonky too. Never knew which floor it was going to stop at and then no one would be there. No parking nearby. Extremely noisy 24 hours a day. Far away from everything. We will be telling everyone we know to NOT stay at Chula Vista and we will NEVER stay there again.

  Need to be a little better as far as the actual breakfast items. I feel like it's always the same breakfast items at every hotel.

  I stayed in a King Suite(supposedly) but it really just looked like a regular room with a King size bed in it. The faucet in the tub was dripping water the whole time & the SINK FAUCET wasn't CLEAN. I had to wipe it clean MYSELF & that's not my job. There was no kind of WELCOME GUIDE in the room to welcome me to the Hotel or to make me feel like it was a pleasure to have me stay there especially when I could've went elsewhere.
